I'm sorry, but I genuinely do not understand this position

I don't claim to understand the position either, but I would clear the 7pt since that's the difficult point to clear, being blocked by both anchors, plus it covers our home-board blot. The fly shots aren't much to worry about since White has two blots in her board.

The 10pt may seem difficult to clear but it's blocked by only one anchor, and White is running out of time too so we may be the ones getting the first chance to hit a blot.
