The blot on the 13 pt clears with 18 numbers (all 6s except 66, which leaves a double shot, plus 54). The 10 pt clears with 10 numbers, plus 11 helps. Of course, it may be possible to safely wait to clear the 10 pt, whereas the checker on the 13 will remain vulnerable against a strengthening board. Clearing the 10 looks right to me, but I wouldn't prop against Stick and XG.
