Blue's advantages are his anchor and his superior board, so hitting looks like the right idea. I'd like to follow up with 13/7, but that leaves four blots, and White would either hit or escape with well over half his rolls. I'd go with 9/3 instead, reducing the blot count and creating another cover for the 1pt.
