I'm pretty sure it's right to make the 5 and to hit on the 4. And then covering the blot on the 4 seems right so as to make a solid 3 point board. Then I think I like a spare on the 5 with the bar slotted better than a spare on the 4 with the 8 slotted.

My hunch is that there's some bot move that I don't even see, but I'm not going to get cute for it's own sake.
