Yes this is the problem, but if you can decide to switch, then 13/10(2) hopefully can be seen as better than 8/5(2). The problem is deciding to switch rather the simply moving checkers around the board somehow.

In similar positions, I've missed switching and been wrong by .150 or worse and also have switched and been wrong by over .100. It's always important to realize that switching is possible with these doubles, but simply realizing it, isn't the same thing as seeing that it is probably best to switch and then actually making such a weird and ugly looking play.
