How do you get us to all these ugly positions Stick?

I looked at hitting on the 2 then what to do with the 5...10/5 or 13/8 are the only two I will consider. Hmm. Or run one from the 22 and hope you roll small. Or make the 16. Or 13/8 and 22/16...

Oh hell, I will just play as I would OTB which involves not taking ten minutes to decide.
