I don't see how a play not including 22/16 could be right. The spare on the 22pt is (moderately) blockaded and we don't have so much timing that we can waste such a perfect opportunity to put it back into play. The beginning of a prime after 13/7 13/8 seems unimpressive ; getting it to work with only 10 checkers including an inadequate builder on the 6pt would require accurate rolling

After 22/16, 13/8 would be fine if it didn't lose the midpoint. Moreover, the 2 outfield blots would not protect each other like they sometimes do in similar positions.

Gnubg often seems to like outfield points like 22/16 21/16, but my impression is that it is rather when the opponent is somehow overextended and cannot attack the back men without releasing some asset. Here White is stacked but his position could get mobile again quickly.
