I am not a maintainer for that project. I'm part of the upstream maintainer group (primary development). Because GNUBG is GPL'ed, it is freely available for others to use as they wish (complying with the license). This means others may repackage it completely independent of our group.

Currently gnubg.org only provide official stand alone releases for OS/X and MS Windows. All other platforms and variants are built by others. Your question would best be directed at the Portable Apps group. In particular you may wish to sign up with an account at portableapps and then submit a "add new comment" at this page asking your question.
