Good problem. Bar/22 is the 3 and 22/18 looks clearly wrong because Blue is far behind in the race. Hitting also seems too bold when Blue is not ready to contain. I would play 8/4 and wait for a later opportunity. True, the opportunity may not come, but our extra checker on the 22pt increases our shot chances.
