Normalising PR’s in Matches

I will reply here. Although, this is not a reply to Rick's post dirrectly, I wasn't sure what a better place would be.
I had some time to think about this and here are my 2 cent: I like the idea of PR's be weighted. The only thing I would suggest is to find number cube decisions should be weighted to. Makes sense it should be similar of average of 9pt matches, as it is close to most common match length.
Consider someone play two sets of 20 matches. Suppose that someone shows same checker PR and Cube PR in both sets. Logic says overall PRs should be the same in these two sets. Reality says if that someone had different amount of cube decisions, then PR's will be different. I don't think this is right.
