i generally don't like the positions that follow putting a loose checker on the 1 point, because you are usually committed to covering that @ the 1st opportunity. here, i don't feel any compunctions about putting 2 on the roof. if we get hit, there's his 4 point blot to go after. the 18 point "anchor" gives us some added safety
