if you like the look of extreme gammon you will like gammonsite. they have actually dropped the membership price so now its a very attractive option for players. for the site itself:

pros: daily (almost hourly) tourneys, leagues, gammonventures is set up for low stakes money play. there are plenty of bots of varying strength to play against, even one called "coach" which will point out what move he thought was better. the graphics are first rate and the option is available as you mentioned for clocks.

minus': for whatever reason after 10+ yrs in business the membership level is still very small. this might not be a problem is you only want to play a bot but if you want some human interaction your choices are somewhat limited. that to me is the only negative. there seems to be a core group of 20 to 30 people that have stayed throughout the years but it seems folks come, try it and dont decide to stay.

hopefully that will change.
