I am currently working on a new method to improve my game. Let me see the results before I speak about it at this forum. Hopefully, I will have something to add to this subject in a couple of months.

For you, I would suggest online backgammon. Once, you stated that you did not play online backgammon. You indicated your backgammon study was limited to bot play and the occasional live tourneys. I have noticed that I consistently average at expert level during my matches against Snowie. However, my online play is about .8 to .9 Snowie points less. Perhaps, online play produces a greater variety of challenges. My adrenaline and emotions definitely cause more poor choices.

There are fine money and non-money online sites that may help your play.
