1) Always do. Just please realize I am oxygen deprived today so my brain function is off. I feel like I'm working in a fog.

2) 6/3*/1; 9/7, 13/11; 13/8; 21/16; 6/3*, 13/11.

3) 6/3*/1. Takes away a roll and if he hits back on the ace I don't mind that much with the anchor on the 21. 9/7, 13/11 and 21/16 are too risky and 13/8 is too wussy. 6/3*, 13/11 is my second choice but leaves us open to a double hit so 6/3*/1 it is for me.
