Totally missed the 4/1 play and that is probably the correct one!

Does anyone else find themselves doing quantum leaps of learning?

I just experienced one over this past week again.

How? Playing and losing to a brilliant player. Recognizing how far above me he is. Kibitzing his matches and copying his thought processes. Winning more matches because of it. Kibitzing other masters and incorporating their thought processes also. Reading and actually absorbing what happens here.

Sometimes my mind just does not take in any more info and seems to reach a dormant period of a kind. This is on a deep level. Then all of a sudden it opens up again as if to say, ok we have assimilated the last bits now on to the next.

Or maybe that's just me.
