Monster double but I was surprised when Snowie took! Ok, after reevaluating the position I wasn't that surprised, but at first glance I clicked the cube, saw all those blots, and figured pass. 1 ply takes, both 2 and 3 ply pass. Oddly enough Snowie's eval. #s are basically dead on except it figures in 2.5% backgammons, around 2% more than I'm probably winning! This swing is pretty big and would probably push the evals. into taking. It's a very tough call on the take, I'd also trust a Snowie rollout a tiny bit more from White's side so I guess when in doubt, take!
