Rockwell-Kazaross or Kazaross-XG2 GNUbg match equity table

Rockwell-Kazaross is the older MET from years ago. Kazaross-XG2 is the newer one and is equivalent to the MET in XG2 (Thanks to Neil Kazaross for allowing it to be available under GNUBG's license). Information about the MET that may be of interest:

Generated using XG rollouts to 9pts, GNUBG Supremo full rollouts to 15 points. Extended to 25pts by projecting take points.

It will be just fine for 7pt matches.
