4/1 4/off will leave a shot 250 times in 1296 in the next sequence, playing safe only 48 times. White will have to hit those first and then go on to win the game, so let's say that bearing a checker of risks 50/1296 games which is about 4%.
The gammonprice is a little higher than normal so the extra checker should give us about 7% extra gammons to make bearing off correct. I don't think it does, so I play 5/2, 5/1.
