I use it for live transcribing. I email the file, the save the attachment (.mat file) wherever I want it, then drag the file on top of an open XG, it opens it naturally.

Then, I typically have to do a "swap players" in XG so that the bottom player is player 1 from NJ (easier for me to process when its uniform), and run the analysis.
