I believe there are a few people who went from obscurity into the top 32. Unfortunately the first year I was voted #63 or I would have jumped ship straight to #7. MCG went from nowhere to #15. Munitz went from not there to #30. Koca from zilch to #29.

Of course 2005 and before they only listed 32 Giants so it's not the same. Anyone who came on to the list that wasn't there last time was from 'out of nowhere'.
