10/7* leaves 22 shots, 6/3 leaves 20. On top of that 6/3 seems to be safer on the next roll because sixes and most fives play nicely, but after 10/7* most of those numbers leave a shot.
10/7* will of course win a few extra gammons but I don't think it wins enough to make it correct.
As blue I would double after either play because blue has become the favorite to win the game, the cube is almost dead after the redouble and it makes blue's gammon losses less expensive.
