For position B:

In a long race can take with 22%. If the game were continuous winning 1/4th of the time means would need to go to 88%.

Since the race is shorter I will adjust up to 90%. So I figure white's winning percentage taking into account cube efficieny as .34/.90 = .38

So equity of 2(.62 - .38) = .48 to blue.
