Honestly though without that nugget of info I would have thought this is a clear take. White is winning the non existant race by 10 pips + on roll. If the race doesn't exist, why is this important? It's a prime v. prime situation and in these situations you'd like to have more pips to play. This is what generates Blue's big take (or at least what I thought was a big take)

White's strength comes from her gammon threat, a stronger prime/position, and big time market losers. Twos are excellent and even fours are a good number, used to hit loose on the ace.
