I think with the race this close we should make what appears to be the best long term winning play and that is 24/18(2), IMHO.

Making the 21 and 3 pts looks a bit awkward and 21(2) 3 5 doesn't seem to be enough of an improvement if any. It is also possible to play 13/10 or split here, but ..
