This duplicates 4s and tries to extend the prime in the most straightforward fashion. If we get to make the 5-point our forward position will be strong. 13/7 24/23 is worth considering, as it gives a lot of indirects next turn on many of Dillies point making rolls, and hitting and sending a third checker back gains value with the made bar point. Also, our small race lead argues against the slot and for the split.

So 13/7 6/5 but likely a close decision.
