Almost the same reasoning here: I am down in the race and have the stronger board and his position is likely to give a shot soon: Stay back, I am not moving the 3 back men. Next is making the 4 point: 8/4. Then it looks like i have to play from the midpoint with one checker. My last deuce is then 5/3 or 11/9. 5/3 duplicates 4's so that is my choice: 8/4,13/11,5/3.
