Multitasking

I do not like people who are smarter than me. Like many of you, I enjoyed being one of the smartest at school. There were a few kids smarter. But they were so nerdy ... who cared. I definitely do not like backgammon players who are better than me. I enjoy playing weaker players and taking their money. Losing to better players happens. However when this happens, I cannot blame bad luck. When I lose to weaker players, it isn't as painful because I can blame luck. It is impossible for me to do more than one thing at a time. Listen to music, answer email, play poker, and play backgammon. No way, I can only play backgammon and the family knows that they cannot bother me during my games. I may be able to chat a bit. But when the plays are complicated, I just yell out "CAN'T TALK NOW!!"
So this guy who performs well in ABT tournaments, plays bg better than me, plays poker well (a game where I failed) is now bragging how he can do all of this at the same time while watching a DVD or listening to music. Now, I know for sure. I really don't like Stick. :-)
