Recube against a few checkers off?!

Suppose you roll 65 and White comes in with 66 or 55 (or you roll 66 and White rolls 66). Big ND/T, you're behind by quite a bit. It's hard to get to an optional D/P when you have shot numbers this roll, and even harder when you have 9 of them.
My reasoning would be pretty much along Daniel's lines, ND/T. No idea what the CPW is. Probably in the low-to-mid 70s or something. But I reached that backwards, from first judging whether it was a double or not.
I look forward to some illuminating responses. What is the money take point for white here?
Base takepoint is 25%, theoretical maximum is around 18-20%, so generally the takepoint is about 22%, I think.
