Cube action confusion (for me)

I know the GV's cold for a 2 cube at all scores from 7A/7A down, but I can only guess at them on a centered cube, but of course, with sufficient time, I could work it out over the board. And that is the crux of my question, and I believe you have helped me. I was wondering how many people know the centered GV's or if not, would take the time to work it out over the board and would therefore get the cube action right for a position like this. The answer is: not too many people.

Of course, there is a reason for this: if you play well you don't often get to be too good with the cube in the center at most of these scores...you don't usually lose your market by that much on one roll...but of course, it does happen and it's an area of the game I obviously need to work on. No way would I have gotten this right over the board at all scores...some, yes.
