If he comes in with any 2 or 11, 15, 16 (16 numbers) he's in very good shape, although he may still have to jump the prime. If he dances (16 numbers), he's in pretty bad shape. 14 and 13 leave him about even.

Verdict: ND/T or maybe ND/B, depending on how frisky you feel.
