Is HGH allowed by the rules of BG?

I played backgammon at our club sometime last year on steroids. It was an inhaler prescribed by my doctor for a phlegm buildup, although I swear he said it was just flaxseed oil. If they had chosen that week to do random drug testing, I would have been toast. As it was, I had already peed in a cup for them the previous week and came out clean as a whistle. The penalty at our club for violating the illegal drug policy is no cube access for a month. Second penalty is no doubles in all races (they must be rerolled) and third penalty is a lifetime ban on making the 5 point.
