3321 is a bare money take, which in this case is a bare money pass because 11 doesn't save you a roll. 3221 is substantially better than that. But it does seem like it's takeable at the score. 180/1296 for a 2-roll position, 150/1296 since 11 doesn't save you a roll, and 100/1296 for missing with two aces. That's 250/1296, which is a little bit better than enough to take.

Close enough that you should take your chances and drop if you're substantially better than your opponent, though.
