David correctly accounted for all destinations, including temporary ones. For example, with two aces, 11/9 is really 11/10/9. I find that is the easiest way to see that 11/9 is higher ranked than 11/10 8/7. (That is, for blots/spares, 10pt 9pt beats 10pt 7pt.)
