I have no idea about all the numbers, but it sure looks like you win more than 32% from here, probably mid-to-high 30s. White has two checkers out of play on the ace and is 30 pips ahead in the race, still has the 4 point open, and no outside points other than the mid. You've got 10 checkers going forward so it's not like counterplay takes forever to build up after coming in. You probably get gammoned an awful lot, so it could be close for money, but I'd take at the score.
If you are going to adjust for ELO, you have to consider that this probably isn't the easiest position in the world to play if White doesn't roll well. Break the anchor or play safe? Try to get more outfield control? Not obvious.
