In Response To: Taking me out of my Opening Book (Stick)

I agree with Matt. Just KISS. 13/8 is good and for the ace 24/23 is much better than 6/5 which only diversify white's good numbers. Also 24/18 is almost never right to play with 51 and just gives white good sixes.

I am not sure about hitting plays (8/3* and 6/1*) so with only eight white checkers into zone, I split.
