a significant enough disparity in playing strength, could turn this into a pass. it'll be very difficult to improve blue's position quickly and white has the advantage everywhere --- race, board, anchor, and blots. if he hits that blot, we may be both wishing to change our cube decision. is ELO like the #s on gnubg, or fibs? 100 points might be enough and 200 would do it for me.
