In Response To: Taking me out of my Opening Book (Stick)

Below you'll find both SW & GNU analysis of this 2nd roll position I doubt if I'll ever see again in my life. OtB I felt (and still do) confident about my play, 24/23 8/3*. In no way, shape, or form would I consider not hitting against the opponents we were playing. Also, I realize the problems inherent in stripping the eight and the duplication of hitting off the 3pt v. hitting off the 1pt but I think it's stronger to hit on the 3pt. White should not hit with any 3s other than 63 (forced), double 3s and 31. I also don't think our opponents would consider the double hit, correct or not, with a 63 from the bar.
