12/8 4/3 sure looks like the DMP play. Do we want to risk a few shots to win more gammons? With the blot to shoot at, I think positioning our checkers to either make the six point or pick and pass (maybe even hit loose) is sound. Not sure if it is best, but it's a viable approach.

5/1 5/4 means any 6 or 2 plus 33 & 11 is a pick and pass, and 51 hits loose. That's 24 pick and pass numbers and another 2 loose hits (assuming I've counted right, which is doubtful) Meanwhile 62 61 and 66 hit, but with good counterplay for us.

I'll go with that. 5/1 5/4
