we could run one from the 24 pt. Opponent has a 3 pt board, and getting out or getting an anchor is becoming a priority. The opponent has only 8 checkers in the zone with no spares. Making our 2 pt looks like a weak move to me, although adding another inner table point can be a positive in preparing for a potential blitz. Hitting from the 13 is risky, but might give us the upper hand if there isn't a return hit. Our 4 point lead in the match suggests we should avoid the gammonish plays, however. Run scotty, run! :o)
