Is it really with 3 checkers on the 9, and not on the 8? Not that is matters to the decision, in both cases I double and pass. Blue's outfield control is too good, and too many rolls break the anchor without building a 4-point board, so that White is more or less at Blue's mercy. And the score does not help.
