The choice seems to be

  1. run the backman to the midpoint
  2. hit on the eleven point
  3. cover the deuce and hit loose on the ace

Blue will be up by 15 pips after this roll so running to safety should be sound. It leaves 11 shots, but that's not all that many.

20/11* seems awfully loose strewing 4 blots around the board and abandoning the anchor.

I like the cover and hit - it leaves no more shots than 22/13 and with nine dancing numbers white may be looking at a cube soon.
