Late match checkerplay from MCWC-14

My hand wants to play bar/16 but I'm not completely sure why. I think that the checker on the 24pt provides better defense because it is hard to attack but it also guards the 22pt. Plus it isn't that hard to escape (if it needs to escape) as long as we have the 18pt. Of course bar/16 is bolder than either 24/18 or 7/1 but I think it gives us better winning chances by trying to cover more of the board, and we don't care about losing a gammon. 7/1 would be my second choice.
