OOH! Double four! Many options. POH on the five point? Making defensive five point? Making bar point? Hit two from the mid!?!? Seriously, I think the two guys currently stuck on the 24 has priority, so 24/20(2) first. Then 11/7(2) seems clear with the remaining two 4s, improving on both sides of the board.
