We agree so make that another vote for 24/20(2) 13/5x. The anchor is absolutely huge vs Stick's collection of checkers on his 678 and the loose hit is backed up by 11 pt.

Clearly the best two 4's after 24/20(2) are to hit loose here as trading the 11 pt for the bar pt doesn't help much and making the 9 pt leaves quite a shots at mid pt blot.

If we could play 13/5(2)x without leaving 7 returns that would be my choice, but due to the returns and the value of both 5 pts I anchor and hit loose.
