Munich 2014 Match Files

Does anybody know what happened in Mochy vs. Thomas Dettler, Match 1 at the 3rd Munich Open, Round 7?

The match file shows that Dettler is leading 1a 3a in a 9 pt. match, in game 11. After 2 exchanges, the match file shows that Mochy "Wins 9 point and the match". Is the file incomplete, or did something unusual terminate the match?
