Yes. As you said, it is a zero sum game, so the players' respective equities are identical, but with the sign reversed. Note that the figures XG gives are from the point of view of the player on roll, and with respect to the correct cube action, and with respect to the equity at the start of the cube action being considered, so with a NoDouble/Take, if the player on roll doubles and the opponent passes, the actual equity lost by the opponent by incorrectly passing **compared to taking** will be the difference between the (correct) take and the (incorrect) pass. E.g.
No Double +0.474 Double/Take +0.369 (-0.105) Double/Pass +1.000 (+0.526)
Here, the opponent loses (and the player gains) 0.631 by passing **compared to taking**, but that's because it is a comparison of only the decision to take or pass, rather than the overall cube action. It is the overall effect that matters, so for PR purposes, the gain/loss is 0.526
