We're winning. The only flaw in our game is our back checker. It wants to come home. If we don't move it now, it will likely be harder to move next roll, since Stick will make the bar or 4 point. 24/22 risks 15 pointing numbers, but Stick cannot also make the bar or 4 point. If he doesn't point on us, he cannot make both the bar and the 9 points. After 24/22, we have some good returns on his pointing numbers and, probably, more ways to escape after all his other rolls. Look at it this way: I'd rather be on the bar after 15 pointing numbers, than back on the acepoint after Stick's 15 numbers that make the barpoint. Plus, as Neil, I think, said, any other play of the 2 weakens our front position.
