13/7(2) seems too stacky. 13/10(2) 7/1 seems to bury a checker of no good reason.

13/10 13/4 looks good - the blot on the ten is unreachable, and the distribution looks good.

Maybe clearing the eight now is the right idea? I'll stick with 13/10 13/4.
