Clearing History-OT

Joking apart Seth, my version of Firefox (27.0 from 'About' menu) is slightly different. It shows these tickboxes under History -> Clear Recent History -> Clesr All History window:

Browsing & Download Hostory, Form & Search History (but the tickbox is greyed out), Cookies, Cache, Active Logins, Offline Website Data, Site Preferences

It depends on what you mean by "clean out conputer" - A pc expert could retrieve your browsing and download histories anyway if you just used these basic menu functions, so I would consult someone more knowledgeable than me to be sure about how to get the result you're looking for.
