Gnu analysis required

This is very close to a pure 4-roll v 4-roll position, so I recubed to 8 here, and my opponent took. After the match, a friend (who didn't know the reference position) queried my cube, going on to say that Gnu said it was a 'doubtful' cube. That got me wondering under what circumstances (settings, database, Gnu's recube-to-16 efficiency assumptions, or whatever) that Gnu would have trouble with this.
